  • Developing and implementing quality benchmarks for institutional processes.
  • Establishing parameters for academic and administrative activities to ensure excellence.
  • Promoting a learner-centric environment that supports quality education and facilitates faculty development in adopting innovative knowledge and technologies for participatory teaching and learning.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from stakeholders on institutional quality processes.
  • Disseminating information on quality parameters to all stakeholders effectively.
  • Organizing intra- and inter-institutional workshops and seminars on quality themes, and encouraging the formation of quality circles.
  • Documenting programs and activities that contribute to continuous quality improvement.
  • Serving as the institution's nodal agency for coordinating quality-related initiatives, including the adoption and dissemination of best practices.
  • Developing and maintaining an institutional database using MIS to monitor and enhance institutional quality.
  • Conducting periodic Academic and Administrative Audits and ensuring follow-up actions for improvements.
  • Preparing and submitting the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) in alignment with NAAC guidelines and parameters.
